Apparently Dave and Charlie, formerly of NH band Turtlebone, have been working on some new music with even-more-formerly-of-Turtlebone bass/keyboard player Jim White. It's called Floodwatch. You can give it a listen at http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewProfile&friendI.... They also have a website in progress at www.floodwatchnh.com which doesn't have much on Floodwatch, but under "PAST" it has absorbed Turtlebone's old site.

trying
I want to check them out but I can't tear myself away from Sand Machine radio.
I am hooking my laptop up to my PA system when I get back out west and I am going to blast
Sand Machine radio all over western Massachusetts loud enough to cancel school
lights
Can there be a light show too?
Mercy Risin
Unfortunately their album Mercy Risin' is completely out of print. So if you are one of the few that has a copy, you may not want to lend it out... or step on it.
Some times a nice T- bone is great until it's done.
I've heard a bit of Turtlebone's music. It's too bad that they disbanded. Great tunes from some talented people.I'm wondering if Floodwatch will stick to a similar style or go a different direction with their sound. I love any type of new music or new bands, just hoping to hear something that rocks out of their souls likeTurtlebone did.
That's a clever title there
That's a clever title there mr. upperroomtalks. Nice work.
Floodwatch at the Blue Mermaid 4/25?
Well?
Possibly...
Good question and I like where your head's at. I spoke with them and they were unsure about whether that date would line up with their plans, but left the possibility somewhat open. The obvious bad news is that they may not be playing that night. The less obvious good news is that there are band "plans" that could be in the way. You catching what I'm dropping?
