Is it just me or does the mastering studio look great in these videos? Warm and weirdly festive (must be Xmas tree lights) and beautiful in a dingy way.
There are actually flourescent lights in the room that would make the video much brighter, but they buzz much too much for recording. And they make our amps buzz more than normal too. So the ambience effect is partly of necessity. And I agree, it's much more homey/festive this way anyways.
even while i more often than not feel out of place, i do try to put a brave face on - very poignant - can't wait to hear the rest of your new songs . . .

I think the random, non-matching blankets purchased at Building 19 that hang from the walls definitely add to the homey/dingy effect.
