Lazy Sunday

Oh my body’s aching,
From the time it’s taken,
To travel all this way,
Driving for one whole day.

Bittersweet sightseeing,
But good boys we’re being,
Halfway cross the nation,
A sandy congregation.
She won’t even know,
She won’t even know.

Lazy on a Sunday afternoon.
Looks like we won’t have to leave too soon.

Oh my body’s aching,
From the sun it’s taking.
Volleyball pretext,
But nothing ever comes next.

Bittersweet sightseeing,
But good boys we’re being,
Halfway cross the nation,
A sandy congregation.
She won’t even know,
She won’t even know.

Lazy on a Sunday afternoon.
Looks like we won’t have to leave too soon.
